1. About us
This website is operated by BAKER BOXX LTD, trading as Baker Boxx. Throughout these terms, “Baker Boxx”, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to BAKER BOXX LTD.

These terms apply to your use of our website and purchases made through it. They should be read alongside our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, Return and Refund Policy and Subscription Cancellation Policy.
Nothing in these terms affects your statutory consumer rights.
2. Using our website
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a contract to place an order.
You agree not to misuse the website, attempt to gain unauthorised access, introduce malicious code, scrape the website without permission or use it for unlawful or fraudulent purposes.
We may suspend or restrict access where reasonably necessary to protect our customers, website or business.
3. Products
We make reasonable efforts to describe and display our products accurately. Colours, appearance and packaging may vary slightly from website images because of screen settings, production changes or packaging availability.
Our baking kits contain pre-weighed dry ingredients, instructions and any additional items described on the relevant product page. Customers may need to provide fresh ingredients, water, equipment or other items identified in the product description or recipe instructions.
The finished appearance of a bake will depend on factors including the customer’s equipment, ingredients, environment and following of the instructions. Website photographs show examples and do not guarantee identical results.
We may improve recipes, substitute packaging or make minor changes that do not materially reduce the product’s quality or purpose.
4. Ingredients, allergens and food safety
Ingredients and allergens are shown on the product packaging and, where provided, on the relevant product page.
You must read the ingredient and allergen information supplied with each box before preparing or consuming the product, even if you have purchased it previously, as recipes and suppliers may change.
Customers are responsible for checking whether a product is suitable for themselves and anyone who may consume the finished bake. If you have a food allergy, intolerance or medical dietary requirement, contact us before purchase if you require further information.
Customers must follow the storage, preparation, cooking and use-by or best-before instructions supplied. Baker Boxx is not responsible for problems caused by undisclosed allergies, unsuitable substitutions, incorrect storage or failure to follow the supplied instructions.
Nothing in this section excludes liability where it would be unlawful to do so.
5. Orders and contract formation
When you submit an order, you are offering to purchase the selected products. An automated acknowledgement does not necessarily mean that we have accepted the order.
A contract is formed when we confirm acceptance or dispatch the order. We may refuse or cancel an order before acceptance where, for example:
- A product is unavailable.
- Payment cannot be authorised.
- Pricing or product information contains an obvious error.
- We reasonably suspect fraud, misuse or unauthorised resale.
- We cannot deliver to the supplied address.
If we cancel an order after payment has been taken, we will refund the relevant amount.
You are responsible for checking that the products, quantities, subscription type, email address and delivery details are correct before submitting your order.
6. Prices and payment
Prices are shown in pounds sterling and include VAT where applicable.
Delivery charges are displayed before checkout. Delivery is included in the price of our subscriptions unless stated otherwise.
Payment must be made using one of the methods offered at checkout. You confirm that you are authorised to use the selected payment method.
We may correct an obvious pricing error. If an error affects an order you have placed, we will contact you and give you the option to proceed at the correct price or cancel for a refund.
Promotional codes cannot be exchanged for cash and may be subject to separate conditions, expiry dates and product exclusions.
7. Delivery
Delivery arrangements, charges and estimated times are explained in our Shipping Policy.
Delivery estimates are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, but we remain responsible for the goods until they are delivered to you or a person you have identified to receive them.
You must provide a complete and accurate delivery address. Additional costs resulting from an incorrect address may be charged where legally permitted and reasonably incurred.
8. Individual baking kits
Individual baking kits are purchased as one-off products and do not create a recurring subscription.
Orders placed before the published cut-off time are normally dispatched as described in our Shipping Policy, subject to stock availability and circumstances outside our reasonable control.
9. Prepaid gift subscriptions
Fixed 3-, 6- and 12-month subscriptions are paid for upfront and do not automatically renew.
The first box is sent to the delivery address entered during checkout and contains instructions for activating the remaining subscription. The recipient must complete the activation process and provide the required delivery details before the remaining boxes can be scheduled.
Once activated, remaining boxes follow the applicable monthly dispatch schedule. Activations completed after the 15th will normally begin with the following month’s dispatch.
The purchaser is responsible for ensuring that the intended recipient receives the first box and activation information. Delays caused by late or incomplete activation do not reduce the number of boxes included in the purchased term.
10. Rolling monthly subscriptions
Rolling subscriptions renew monthly until cancelled. Payment is taken on the 15th of each month using the payment method associated with the subscription.
Rolling subscriptions have no minimum term and no cancellation fee. Cancellation requests must reach subscriptions@bakerboxx.com by 11:59pm on the 14th to prevent the payment due on the 15th.
Requests received on or after the 15th take effect from the following billing month. A box that has already been paid for, processed or dispatched will not automatically be cancelled or refunded.

If a recurring payment fails, we or our subscription provider may attempt the payment again. We may pause or cancel a subscription if payment remains unsuccessful.
11. Cancellations, returns and refunds
Your cancellation and return rights are explained in our Return and Refund Policy.
Because our products contain food ingredients, change-of-mind returns can only be accepted where every ingredient pouch, food seal and sealed internal product package remains unopened.
Opening the outer postal packaging or Baker Boxx presentation box solely to inspect the product does not prevent a return.
These restrictions do not affect your statutory rights where a product is faulty, damaged, incorrect or not as described.
12. Intellectual property
The website and its content—including Baker Boxx branding, recipes, written instructions, photographs, graphics, videos and designs—are owned by or licensed to Baker Boxx and protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
You may use purchased recipes and kits for personal, non-commercial baking. You must not reproduce, publish, sell, distribute or commercially exploit our recipes, materials, branding or website content without written permission.
13. Reviews and customer content
If you send us photographs, reviews or other content, you confirm that you created it or have permission to share it.
We will not use identifiable customer content in marketing without an appropriate right or permission to do so. Reviews must be genuine and must not contain unlawful, abusive or infringing material.
14. Third-party services
Our website may use services supplied by third parties, including Shopify, payment providers, subscription-management services and delivery carriers.
Their services may be subject to separate terms and privacy notices. Baker Boxx remains responsible for its own obligations to you and does not exclude responsibility where the law does not permit it.
15. Our responsibility to you
We do not exclude or limit liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for:
- Death or personal injury caused by negligence.
- Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
- Breach of your statutory consumer rights.
- Any other liability that cannot legally be excluded.
If you are a consumer, we are responsible for foreseeable loss or damage caused by our breach of these terms or failure to use reasonable care and skill. We are not responsible for loss that was not reasonably foreseeable.
Products sold through this website are intended for personal and household use. If you use them for commercial or business purposes, we are not responsible for business losses such as loss of profit, revenue, opportunity or anticipated savings, except where the law requires otherwise.
16. Events outside our control
We are not responsible for delay or failure caused by events outside our reasonable control, including severe weather, postal disruption, transport disruption, fire, flood, epidemic, industrial action, government restrictions or failures of telecommunications systems.
We will take reasonable steps to reduce the effect of such an event and resume our obligations when reasonably possible.
17. Privacy
We process personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Shopify and other service providers may also process information to operate the website, payments, subscriptions and deliveries.
18. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms to reflect changes in law, our products, subscription arrangements or website operation.
The terms applying to an order are those in force when the order is placed. Material changes affecting an existing rolling subscription will be communicated where required by law.
19. Severability
If any part of these terms is found to be unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining sections will continue to apply.
20. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you retain the benefit of any mandatory consumer protections that apply where you live and may bring proceedings in the courts available to you under applicable law.
