Shipping policy
UK delivery
We currently deliver to addresses throughout the United Kingdom.
Individual baking kits
Delivery costs £3.49. Delivery is free when the value of the eligible baking kits in your order is over £35.
Orders placed before 3pm, Monday to Friday excluding bank holidays, are normally dispatched the same working day. Orders placed after 3pm, or during a weekend or bank holiday, are normally dispatched on the next working day.
Baking-kit orders are sent using Royal Mail 48. Royal Mail aims to deliver within two working days after dispatch, but this is an estimated delivery time and is not guaranteed.
Prepaid gift subscriptions
UK delivery is included in the advertised price of our prepaid subscriptions.
The first box is dispatched to the delivery address entered when the subscription is purchased. It contains instructions allowing the recipient to activate the remaining boxes and provide their preferred delivery details.
Once activated, the remaining boxes follow our regular subscription dispatch schedule:
- Bread Boxx: dispatched on or around the 18th of each month
- Trend Boxx: dispatched on or around the 28th of each month
Activations completed after the 15th of the month will normally begin with the following month’s dispatch.
The first box and remaining subscription boxes may therefore be delivered to different addresses.
Rolling subscriptions
UK delivery is included in the subscription price. Rolling Bread Boxx and Trend Boxx orders follow the relevant monthly dispatch dates shown above.
Delivery delays
Dispatch and delivery dates may occasionally be affected by bank holidays, severe weather, Royal Mail disruption or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Please ensure that the delivery address supplied is complete and accurate. Baker Boxx cannot be responsible for delays or failed delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete address information supplied by the customer or subscription recipient.
If your order has not arrived within a reasonable period after dispatch, or it arrives damaged, please contact subscriptions@bakerboxx.com with your name and order number so that we can investigate.
